Hollyscoop is in NYC and on Monday night we headed out to Butter where we spotted Paris Hilton and her on again/off again beau Stavros Niarchos.
Although Paris has been keeping a low profile in the city, we spotted her canoodling with Stavros and pounding patron shots. At first we didn't recognize the Greek heir as he was wearing a really big hoodie covering most of his face.
