Ashley, 20, wore out this punk staple in the form of an Alexander McQueen scarf on Monday afternoon as she exited Rio Mar restaurant in NYC’s Meatpacking District with a burly bodyguard. Twin sister Mary-Kate was also there — they were reportedly there shooting an ad campaign for their upcoming clothing line.
