Oh Kelly, Kelly, Kelly. We almost hate to pick on you. Personally, I happen to think that Kelly Osbourne is a very pretty girl, with a naturally voluptuous figure that is refreshing in this city of tiny bobble-headed bag ladies. But I hate to see her dressed in this old-lady get-up, when I think that she could be in something a bit more flattering and age-appropriate (unless she's menopausal and I've mistakenly assumed she's still ovulating regularly).
