Anna Nicole Smith once urinated in a pet litter tray, her friend has revealed. Fashion designer Pol Atteu claims the late model-and-actress was once trapped on her bus during a promotional tour for diet pill Trimspa, and was so desperate for the toilet she relieved herself in a litter tray.

    seems to me that if it was a promotional tour bus,it would have had on board facilities to use,sounds fishy to me.
