Cher has sent Britney Spears a get well parcel in rehab. When the legendary music star heard the young singer was in Malibu's Promises centre, she sent her a gift basket to cheer her up. A source told National Enquirer magazine: "The care package was loaded with treats, including home-made fudge brownies with vanilla frosting, loads of fashion magazines, a beautiful pair of La Perla silk pyjamas and a couple of Cher's favourite tangerine and honeydew scented candles."
