Billy Ray Cyrus was probably relieved to get the boot tonight. The biggest surprise of the night for me was that Ian & Cheryl were not in the bottom 2. It just goes to show you that it all depends on the votes by fans and apparently, there are a lot of Cheryl fans. I somehow doubt Ian has thaat many fans and think people are just wanting to see Cheryl continue dancing.
