It looks like Mary-Kate Olsen is almost ready for Halloween. She already has part of the outfit with those sandals. I just don't know why she'd where them out already when she had dinner at Il Sole in L.A. with her sister Ashley. Here's an idea of what the entire outfit could look like if she added the missing pieces. Go Trojans!
