The National Enquirer claims they have obtained legal records that show Sanjaya's mother was sent to jail for running an indoor pot-growing operation out of her garage. Apparently, Jillian Blyth went to jail in February 2005 because neighbors ratted her out after the started smelling marijuana and noticed a large vent on the garage roof.
