Lindsay Lohan looks like she's happy to be alive. Nevermind the fact that Bree Tierney, who happened to be engaged to him is busy picking up the broken pieces of her heart off the floor. Lindsay's too busy to worry about that though because she was busy getting her hair done by Ken Paves.
