Martha Stewart couldn't stand the heat she's been getting from her upstate neighbors for trying to trademark the name of her "hometown" Katonah - so she got out of the kitchen. Stewart was supposed to show up at St. Matthew's Church in Bedford a few days ago for a benefit signing of her book "Homekeeping Handbook" - but sent her regrets at the last minute.
