The Latino star, Ricky Martin, bought a new mansion in Miami Beach for 17,5 million dollar while trying to sell his old house for 16,9 million dollar. He formerly was planning to buy a bigger house in order to accommodate children from conflict areas, but with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, one Movie Theater, library, pool and guest house, this will be still big enough.
