Sandra Bullock wants a cameo role on cosmetic surgery TV drama Nip/Tuck, so she can get free breast implants. The actress became hooked on the show while co-starring with "Nip/Tuck" actor Julian McMahon in movie Premonition.

I love Sandra, I think is is an amazing , beautiful women. The fact that she wants to be on one of my favorite shows is great. But I would not change the way she looks. I would take her looks over half the women in Hollywood.
