And a few more details ... at Esther's Hair Salon, the woman at the store, according to eye witnesses, refused to shave Britney's head which is why Brit ended up doing it herself. You can see in that video (Part II), that the salon employees look nervous and confused and shocked at what Britney's asking them to do.
