Irish rock star Bono accepted an honorary knighthood from the Queen of England today under one condition - “don’t call me Sirâ€. The 46-year-old U2 rocker, birth name Paul Hewson, was awarded the title for his services to the music industry and humanitarian work at a ceremony at British ambassador David Reddaway’s home in Dublin.
