Hilary Duff's new album, "Dignity" is coming out this spring and she is looking damn good in these new photos. Gone is the bubblegum pop of her earlier works. In it's place? Pure, unadulterated Europop. Yup, Hilary has gone in the Kylie Minogue direction, and we LOVE it. Unfortunately, Europop doesn't sell in America.
