Back around Christmas when Busta kicked his driver's ass over back pay and got arrested and the judge offered him a plea deal that would have put him on probation and have him doing community service. Well, the judge recinded the deal because of Busta's latest arrest for driving with a suspended license. Now Bus going to trial May 8th.
