Woods, 59, said that he saw – and reported – four suspicious Middle Eastern passengers on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles six weeks before the attacks. He later learned that two of the men were Hamza al-Ghamdi and Khalid Almihdhar, who were among the 19 terrorists responsible for the 9/11 attacks.
