Model Kate Moss adjusts her teeny tiny swimsuit as she gets down to the business of work on a photo shoot in the Caribbean. The 33-year-old model left her boyfriend Pete Doherty, 29, at home when she flew to St Barts earlier this week for a series of assignments.
