Life's a party for Lindsay Lohan and work just gets in the way. According to Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloan Zelnick, Lohan has passed on the upcoming film 'The Best Time Of Our Lives,' starring Keira Knightley because her people weren't able to come to an agreeable contract with the film's producers.
