Nip/Tuck’s plastic surgeons relocate to Los Angeles from Miami when the often-outrageous FX drama returns for a fifth season Oct. 23. Rosie O’Donnell will be back for several episodes as wealthy client Dawn Budge, beginning with the fourth, and Portia de Rossi will play an acupuncturist. But look for fewer guest stars as producers focus on the core family, including Joely Richardson, who returns after a brief absence, reportedly due to a family illness.
